As we celebrate our senior this week we will also be prepping for the County Championship that start on the 18th.  Early bedtimes, nutritious meals, healthy habits and quality practice will be important routines for this week. Some additional notes:

What is Bulldog Race Day?

• It's an inter-squad practice. Everyone will swim 1 or 2 events and some fun relays.  We may even do a few flips of the diving board!   I will post a heatsheet tomorrow.
