This form includes SWIM PRACTICE BUS info. If you plan to ride the practice bus (even just 1 day a week) sign up for the bus. Riding the practice bus is NOT required and remember the bus is only one way. You must provide your own transportation home after practice. (this is from swim only, not dive practice)

Swim Practice Bus to CHAC: 2200 Collins Hill Road, Lawrenceville 30043.

• Departs daily at 3pm from front circle (1st 3 days we will leave at 2:30pm)
• Only available on school days (NOT available on holidays/digital days)
• One Way Only. Must be picked up from practice by 5:15pm
• Please have a back up plan to get to practice if the bus is not available. (We hope this doesn't happen...but its likely to happen at least once again this season). We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to the practice bus availability.
