I am proud of the improvements we've made in our first 2 meets and confident we can get even better.  This week we will face off against the defending State Champions from Lassiter HS and also compete for the very first time against West Forsyth.  Saturdays meet will be a great opportunity for our team.  Come to practice prepared to work hard, build endurace and enhance your skill set. "Lassiter" Week: November 10-15

• Mon- PM normal time
• Tues- PM normal time (no AM)
• Wed- PM normal time- MJ Signing Day in Commons at 2:30pm! (no dryland)
• Thurs- AM 5:15am-6:15am & PM normal time 
• Fri- PM practice bus at 2:30/Start 3:20 

Saturday: Bus will depart at 5:30pm from NGHS Front Circle
