I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays. Practice continues this week and attendance is expected if you are in town. We will conclude the week with our annual Bulldog Race Day! Here's our plan....

New Year's Week Practice Schedule Dec 29-Jan 3 2026!

• Mon. 7-9am
• Tues. 3:30-5:30pm
• Wed. 7-9am
• Thurs & Fri  No Practice....Happy New Year!
• Saturday Bulldog Race Day at CHAC- 9:15am (no bus)

What is Bulldog Race Day?

• It's an inter-squad practice. Everyone will swim 1 or 2 events and some fun relays.
• Swimmers look for event sign ups in our Google Classroom.
• Divers should attend for practice and for the fun relays.
• Times are not official for county/state qualifying but times will count toward our Cooper and Iron Dog awards and will us build future line-ups.
• There is NO Bus, please arrive by 9:15am and be back to pick-up by 11:30am.
• Look for volunteer positions needed online....coming soon.
• Spectators are welcome to stay but space may be limited.
