This is our last full week of the regular season!   And as county approaches early bedtimes, nutritious meals, healthy habits and quality practice will be important routines to re-establish after the busy holiday season. Some important news:

• Monday-Thursday- Normal Practice schedule
• Friday- Last Chance Meet at West Gwinnett.  There is NO BUS. Arrive by 6:15pm This meet is for the entire team. This is NOT an optional meet.
• Sunday- Team Pasta Dinner at 5:30pm Sign-UP for meal.

Looking Ahead:

• Monday (MLK Day)- no school but we will have a mandatory practice for all County Qualifiers... swimmers and divers
