Pre-Season "Orientation Week" will be held next Tues-Thurs (Sept. 29-Oct 1) from 2:20-3:20pm. These are optional workouts/meetings. If this is during your club swim time, please keep swimming and attend these dryland sessions only if your swim schedule permits. All participants MUST haveRANK ONE fully completed in order to participate. Meet in room 102. Please arrange to be picked up by 3:30pm at NGHS.

Looking Ahead:

Official practices begin the Week of Oct 5th-8th. The Practice Bus will depart at 3:00pm. Week 1 will conclude with Tryouts/Time Trials on Friday Oct. 9th.

Check your Camp Swamp Packing list (in google classroom) and be sure to include a sweatshirt as the low temp on Saturday night will be 56 (perfect for our campfire!)
